Gail Roberson “Izabella’s Forever Home” Book Signing Sept. 14 at Library Center
Author Gail Roberson and illustrator Gabby, Gail's granddaughter, will sell and sign copies of their book, “Izabella’s Forever Home,” from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14, at the Library Center, 4653 S. Campbell Ave.
Izabella, like any dragon child, depends on her mother to keep her safe and to love her. Izabella does not yet understand that life can be harsh even for dragon children. Before Izabella’s mother has the chance to teach Izabella to care for herself, they are separated. Izabella needs a miracle. She needs magic. Luckily, Dan the wizard man comes to her rescue. Readers should know that the characters in this book are real. They now live at Drachenmoor, a real place not far from here that appears every year just before Halloween.
