Dr. Brooks Blevins, Noel Boyd Professor of Ozarks Studies at Missouri State University and author of "A History of the Ozarks," takes a lighthearted look at the Ozarks vernacular. Natives and longtime residents of the Ozarks will enjoy revisiting forgotten styles and words, and gain an appreciation for cultural diffusion and regional distinctiveness in Missouri.
