COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics Planned at Five Libraries
The Springfield-Greene County Health Department will conduct free, public COVID-19 vaccine clinics at five Springfield-Greene County Libraries.
The two-dose Pfizer and single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be available. Individuals may get their first or second doses; health care workers will provide information on when and where they can receive their second dose.
The events are open to Missouri residents age 12 and older.
Clinic schedule:
- Friday, May 21, 10 a.m.-noon, Willard Branch Library, 304 E. Jackson St., Willard
- Saturday, May 22, 9 a.m.-noon at the Library Center, 4653 S. Campbell Ave., and 1-4 p.m. at the Library Station, 2535 N. Kansas Expressway. First doses are available. Those who received their first dose at the May 1 library clinics may return for their second dose.
- Tuesday, May 25, 3-5 p.m., Midtown Carnegie Branch, 397 E. Central St.
- Wednesday, May 26, 3-5 p.m., Schweitzer Brentwood Branch, 2214 Brentwood Blvd.
Walk-ins are welcome, but registration is strongly encouraged.
To register in advance, go to covidvaccine.mo.gov/navigator, or for help registering, call the Springfield-Greene County Health Department COVID-19 Call Center at 417-874-1211, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Bring a photo ID if available. Those who registered in advance should bring the patient ID number that was emailed or provided when they registered.
