COVID-19 Vaccines Offered Dec. 11 and 13 at Libraries
The Jordan Valley Community Health Center will offer free COVID-19 vaccines at four Springfield-Greene County Libraries Dec. 11 and 13.
Anyone age 12 and older is eligible to receive the vaccine, and no appointment is necessary.
All three vaccines will be available: First and second doses of Pfizer or Moderna and the single dose of J&J vaccine. Booster shots are available for qualified individuals.
Here’s where to get the vaccine.
Dec. 11
- 9-11 a.m., Republic Branch Library, 921 N. Lindsey Ave., Republic
- 1-3 p.m., Midtown Carnegie Branch Library, 397 E. Central St.
Dec. 13
- 1-3 p.m., Fair Grove Branch Library, 81 S. Orchard Blvd., Fair Grove
- 4-6 p.m., Strafford Branch Library, 101 S. State Hwy. 125, Strafford
Please note: The Pfizer vaccine is the only one approved at this time for 12- to 17-year-olds with parental consent. Parents must accompany youths ages 12-17 and sign the parental/guardian consent line on the registration form.
