 Business and fundraising don’t take a summer vacation, so we’ve got three essential programs for nonprofits seeking grant funding, and businesses and entrepreneurs seeking market research and customers.

Foundation Directory for Nonprofits, Monday, June 13, 2 p.m. in the Midtown Carnegie Branch Computer Training Center, for adults. Looking for grants for your nonprofit organization? As part of Candid's Funding Information Network, the Springfield-Greene County community has access to the Foundation Directory Online, with information on more than 100,000 foundations and over 2.5 million recently awarded grants. Registration starts June 1; call 417-862-0135.

Library Tools for Your Business, a SCORE Tuesdays @ Two virtual presentation, Tuesday, June 14, 2 p.m. for adults. The Library offers abundant resources for your business and your life, many of which can be used from your smartphone. Learn how to use your library card to access apps for e-books, audiobooks and magazines; online training in business, creative and technical skills; and powerful tools for business and market research.
