Victory Mission teaches people leaving homelessness, incarceration, and extreme poverty to be independent and gives them tools to rebuild their lives. Victory focuses on five key areas to give opportunities for men and women to go from hopelessness to restoration: spiritual, personal, relational, vocational, and financial. Victory offers a number of Outreach, Workforce Development, and Restoration Programs.
