A large crowd viewed the Medical Department Enlisted Technicians School color bearer, carrying the flag during a medal presentation program. The citizens of Springfield were always welcome to attend the outdoor ceremonies, though they weren't allowed to park on the military hospital grounds. The two wheelchair soldiers in R0069 and R0070 are in this photograph also. Undated. (SIGNAL CORPS Mis-119)
