Stop by the Park Central Branch, 128 Park Central Square, at 2 p.m. Tuesdays, Jan. 8-Feb. 26, and write a letter to a friend, family member, favorite author, elected official, soldier -- the possibilities are endless. All ages are welcome, so it's a fun opportunity to teach a child the value of a handwritten note. We'll provide
