Limber up with Wednesday Namaste
December 21, 2018 — Start the new year right with free yoga sessions taught by Jes Scott, certified yoga instructor.
Sessions are Wednesdays, Jan. 9-30, at 6 p.m. in the Library Center auditorium, 4653 S. Campbell Ave. For adults.
Each session will include 30 minutes of yoga, information about the benefits of yoga, how to practice mindfulness and other topics. All skill levels welcome. Bring your own mat or towel. Call 882-0714.
